ILI Victoria Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Office and workspace cleaning
  • Other cleaning services as agreed upon

3. Service Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process

Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or other approved methods. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Scheduling Changes

Changes to scheduled services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3.3 Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has appropriate access to your property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Service pricing is based on factors including property size, cleaning requirements, frequency, and special requests. All prices are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments.

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection efforts.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of service fee
  • Same-day cancellation: Full service fee
  • No-show: Full service fee plus rescheduling fee

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Ensure safe access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items before service
  • Notify us of any special requirements or restrictions
  • Provide a safe working environment for our team
  • Pay for services as agreed upon
  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILI Victoria Cleaning shall not be liable for:

  • Damage to items not properly secured or removed
  • Pre-existing damage or wear to property or items
  • Loss or damage due to customer negligence
  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Damages exceeding the cost of the cleaning service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Insurance and Bonding

ILI Victoria Cleaning maintains appropriate insurance coverage and bonding. Details of our coverage are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for valuable items and property.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and property. Our staff is trained in privacy protection and confidentiality requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services:

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Requesting services outside our scope of practice
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to circumvent our policies or procedures
  • Any illegal or unethical activities

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
